Tanay Manjrekar serves as the Head of Propulsion at Odys Aviation, leading the development of hybrid propulsion systems for Group 3/4 UAS, 4–6 passenger eVTOLs, and regional aircraft. His work focuses on cutting-edge transportation technologies and sustainable propulsion engineering.

Tanay previously led the development of Power Electronics at Virgin Hyperloop, gaining experience across high-performance transportation platforms. His career has consistently centered on sustainable propulsion solutions, and his current focus at Odys advances that work into hybrid systems for the next generation of aircraft.
